Ok, So my shredding has come to a hault. I’m very disappointed, I was doing so well. My mom came out on easter with my two sisters and grandma. My house was PACKED! Not to mention my brother came over for 3 of the nights. Including me, my husband and my 15 month old son. Trying to find time to do the shred, and in a quiet and person-free (that’s the key) was nearly impossible. Then after they left, I just haven’t been able to get into the swing of things. Been a little down on myself, because I miss my mumsie. She lives a while away, and I just don’t feel like much a person when she leaves. So after a week of sulking, I’m back to getting my life in check.
Want to hear the good news?? I got into the nursing program! YAY! I start this summer, I couldn’t be more thrilled. Two more years until I’m a career woman again.
Back to exercising: I don’t know if I’m going to continue the shred for now. It’s not that I didn’t like doing it, I did! Ron’s grandparents are coming home from florida, and they are always around. I absolutely will not do exercise dvd’s in front of other people (how embarrassing!). So, my new plan is running. I did cross country in highschool (1.5 years…) and it was my FAVORITE! I loved running so much, I was crazed. So today I’m going to scope out our yard of 10.5 acres and create a path and log mileage around the yard to see how much I run. I want to see if I can get a good 3 mile run in around the house. What’s even best is that it’s cross country style even! No pavement out here!
