Day 8 – Day 5 of shredding
So today I wasn’t sore, but It took some pushing on my side to get my mat out and push play on the dvd. Some days I have no energy, and today is one of those. Thanks hypothyroidism! But, I can honestly say I am seeing some improvement in just 5 days of working out! I’m not incredibly tired doing the exercises, and some of them I’m not even feeling the burn (except the ones with the lunges, those are still just mean). After switching some of my exercises with 5lbs weights instead of 2lb weights, my arms were a little sore towards the sockets, so I am pleased with that. In another 5 days of working out, I’ll definitely be ready to move on to Level 2, and I’m actually looking forward to something a bit more challenging.
After my 30 days of shredding, I’m going to start running again 3-4 times a week to get some extra cardio in. And on another note, I am officially down 6lbs. Hold the applause!
